FACT: The exclusion zone (no mans land) around Chernobyl is 500 000 Bekerals/metre. 40km in areas tested by IAEA have readings of 2 000 000 Bekerals/metre but the Japanese government is not evacuating at that distance and has doomed those within 20 km's that have been told to stay in their homes. 20 000 people mostly the young and elderly.
